In our assortment you can find different kinds of confit ducklegs and other confit products. In our smokery we produce confit ducklegs canard (confit de canard) and canette (confit de canette). We can pack these per 1 vacuum, or different if wished.
The confit ducklegs are cokked in its own fat. We add a little bit of salt to give the meat extra taste. Because of our well-known recipe the duckleg keeps it own taste, and gives you the possibility to add your of herbs or sauce.
We produce our own confit ducklegs from different raw materials and origins. Our standard confit ducklegs are produced from French barbary ducks, but we have also the possiblity to produce them from Peking duck of magret duck.
In our assortment you can also find confit duck legmeat and confit duckbreast. We produce these products per order.
