Cuno Moormann is importer, producer and supplier of different hare products. Our assortment consist out of hare saddles, hare fillets, hare legs, hare legmeat and hare shouldermeat. Besides the hare products, we also supply venison, wildboar, roe deer, pheasant and other game products.
We import our hare from Argentina from the brand Vidal. Vidal is known for the high quality product they produce. Also, it is possible to order hare from European origin.
In our smokery we our produce different specialties from hare, like hare stew and sousvide harelegs.
