Cuno Moormann is producer and supplier of venison carpaccio. Our venison carpaccio is lightly smoked to give the carpaccio an unique flavour. Besides the vension carpaccio you can also find a carpaccio of smoked duckbreast in our assortment.
Our venison carpaccio is available in 2 types of packaging. In our assortment we have the carpaccio per 1 on a golden tray, or vacuum packed per 5 with a film between the carpaccio's.
